We do refunds only on parts that are unused, unopened and undamaged. Customer must pay all freight charges incurred. Freight is non refundable unless there was a mistake on our part. Once trailers are in your possession you have accepted trailer is satisfactory to your specifications and are not returnable. Down payments for special orders are only refundable if not completed in time agreed upon. Down payments are not refundable if canceled once trailer has started production. Refused orders maybe refunded except for freight and restocking fees of 20%.
